McCartney Products has an extensive history in the design and fabriction of Coolers used in the manufacturing of LDPE. For over 50 years, we have successfully designed and installed multiple Cooler assemblies worldwide.
At McCartney, we use the latest technology for fabricating the Jacket Tubing assemblies and have an on-going partnership with A & A Machine and Fabrication (located in LaMarque, Texas–photo below) to manufacture these products. McCartney will use its experience in design and utilize A & A’s technological experience in fabrication to continue to provide a superior product to our customers.
McCartney previously used high pressure tubing supplied by Timken Steel. This material is no longer avalilable from Timken. As a result we have developed a business relationship with DEW-Stahl to supply the bar stock, and with ITAG to bore the hole in creating the tube.
McCartney will continue to manufacture the flanges, and other cooler components in its Baxter Springs, Kansas USA facility.
