The PMH pump includes the newest proven designs for the intensifier top works as well as the hydraulic drive unit. These pumps are equipped with state of the art electronic controls, replacing the now obsolete pneumatic controls used for many years.
This new electronic control system can be programmed to suit any specific process, providing precision control of initiator flow and reactor temperature.
The McCartney PF-3 Phase Flow Intensifier is the latest breakthrough in intensifier technology and another example of McCartney’s commitment to the advancement of Polyethylene Initiator Injection Pump Technology.
The McCartney PF-3 Intensifier features three side by side piston/plunger assemblies that operate with the same industry leading McCartney Phase Flow Control as the PF-1.
The McCartney Model PMP air-driven test pump package is designed as a convenient and economical alternative to the stationary hydraulic pump. The unit is totally self contained and mounted on a heavy structural steel skid or a pneumatic wheeled cart for easy maneuvering.
Pneumatic piping is complete with filters, regulators, shutoff valves, and a safety relief valve. Customer supplied plant air with 1” pipe connection is all that is required for operation.

McCartney Products has an extensive history in the design and fabrication of Coolers used in the manufacturing of LDPE. For over 70 years, we have successfully designed and installed multiple Cooler assemblies worldwide.
We use the latest technology for fabricating the Jacket Tubing assemblies and have an on-going partnership with A & A Machine and Fabrication (located in LaMarque, Texas) to manufacture these products.
