As a worldwide supplier of LDPE Production Equipment with over 50 Years of design and development history, McCartney has reliable product designs that can meet your process requirements.  We also work to develop and implement new designs where appropriate to take advantage of advances in component technology that will improve the function and durability of our equipment.

McCartney utilizes state of the art design and engineering tools to develop our products and have multiple, successful LDPE installations worldwide. Each new design is 3-D modeled and detailed in NX (Siemens PLM CAD software). We also have AutoCAD capability for maintenance of legacy designs and added flexibility in working with customer provided CAD files.  When detailed stress analysis is required we utilize ANSYS® FEA Software for design optimization.
